Spring Foundation is a registered US charity (EIN: 32-0826727) dedicated to transforming lives through education, health, and livelihood support. We work with grassroots organizations to create sustainable and lasting change in communities, with a focus on marginalized populations.

## Focus Areas

- **Women Empowerment**: Building leadership and life skills through holistic workshops and mentorship
- **Community Health and Wellness**: Promoting both physical and mental health through community-based initiatives
- **Dignified Livelihoods**: Supporting sustainable livelihoods including integrated farming practices and agro ecology
- **Education and Learning Initiatives**: Promoting alternative community-based education, particularly joyful and self-determined learning

## Current Projects

1. **After School Learning Spaces** (VIKA): Alternative learning spaces in Bangalore, India
2. **Adivasi Community Education** (Vidyodaya): Supporting education initiatives for indigenous communities
3. **Community Health and Wellness**: Health equity initiatives addressing disparities across marginalized communities
4. **Centre For Learning** (CFL): A Krishnamurti-inspired school outside Bangalore for students aged six to nineteen, offering scholarships of up to 100%

## Our Approach

- Accountability and transparency through annual reports and financial statements
- Community co-creation with regular feedback loops
- Qualitative impact focus with case studies and stories from the ground
- Mindful technology use to amplify community voices
